Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

1. What is this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy?

Users and clients of Engagers are required to read and understand the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the services of Engagers. The terms contained in this Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

2. Terms of cancellation

Given the nature of digital services which Engagers provides, we do not accept cancellation of our services after the services have been delivered. Services are deemed to be delivered when the leads are delivered through Engagers leads panel, through email, through WhatsApp, websites are made live on test servers, reports of monthly activity are sent to clients

Cancellation requests received after three days of initiation of a project will not be accepted till the time/contract period or service delivery time as mentioned in the contract or proposal or quotation will be applicable.

Domain names purchased through engagers.co cannot be cancelled even immediately after their purchase.

All subscriptions monthly, quarterly, and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: vikas@engagers.co

4. Terms of Refund

We assess cancellation or refund requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of services Engagers provides. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations

  • You have changed your mind after purchasing the service
  • You have asked Engagersz to stop or pause the service and later you do not need the service due to changed circumstances
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use or understand Engagers services
  • You can no longer access old details of the service which was rendered. Engagers deletes all data, codes and files of the completed projects in 30 days from when the service is completed

Engagers agrees to refund in the following situations

  • Client has paid more than the contracted amount in error. It is considered as automatic refund which is done by the finance team
  • Client has paid erroneously twice or thrice during online payment. Usually such payments are automatically returned by the payment gateway. This is considered automatic refund.
  • Client has sent a written request to cancel the service within three days of payment date or start of contract date whichever is earlier. This is considered a manual refund.

Updates to refund policy

Engagers reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
